How it's priced

Priced by building square footage and how many service days a week, with event weeks and holiday seasons scheduled in advance rather than billed as emergencies.

We don't publish package prices, because a price set without seeing the space is either padded or about to be revised. We scope it — on site, or from a floor plan and photos — and send one flat rate with the specification attached.

Questions

Can you clean between Saturday and Sunday services?

That is the most common schedule we run. Saturday evening after the last activity, so the building is ready for Sunday morning — and for congregations with Friday or Saturday worship, the same logic shifted.

What about the sanctuary itself — instruments, altar, the sound desk?

We clean the floors, seating and surfaces and we leave instruments, altar furnishings, sound equipment and anything sacramental alone entirely. Those get named in the scope so a new crew member never has to guess.

We are on a tight budget. Can we scope this down?

Yes. The usual approach is a full clean once a week around the main service, with restrooms and the nursery on a second lighter visit. It costs meaningfully less than a five-night contract and covers what people actually notice.

Where do you provide church cleaning?

Across the DMV — Northern Virginia, Washington DC and the Maryland suburbs. Our office is in Fairfax and crews are routed by area, so the closest available crew takes the job rather than one dispatched across the region.
